No-refund policy on digital goods
All sales on DM-Workshop are final. Because our products are digital goods — battlemaps, asset packs, tokens, adventures, AI-generated artwork, and Forge Pass credits — they are delivered instantly and cannot be returned or “un-downloaded.” By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, exchanges, or credit-back will be issued, including for:
- Change of mind, accidental purchases, or duplicate orders.
- Compatibility with a specific VTT, printer, or workflow not advertised on the product page.
- Used or partially-used Forge Pass credits and subscription periods (cancelling stops future billing only).
- AI Forge generations that produced an undesired result but completed successfully.
If a product is fundamentally broken (corrupted file, missing assets advertised on the listing, or wrong file delivered), contact support@dm-workshop.com within 14 days and we will repair the file or, at our discretion, issue store credit.
This policy does not override any non-waivable consumer rights in your jurisdiction. Forge Pass cancellations can be made anytime from the Forge Pass page.
